I liked 'Lost and Found' by Anne Schraff because Darcy makes new friends, Cooper fought off Jamee's ex boyfriend, and Darcy's father comes back. First, Darcy makes new friends. Darcy got paired up with Tarah for a science project. Tarah and Darcy becomes friends after they get to know each other. Second, Cooper fought off Jamee's ex boyfriend. Jamee's ex boyfriend tried to hurt Darcy so cooper retaliated. Cooper and his friends beat up Jamee's ex boyfriend and his friends. Third, darcy's dad comes back. After 5 years he comes back to see Jamee and Darcy. He came back and Darcy didnt recognize him. In conclusion I liked 'Lost and Found' by Anne Schraff because Darcy makes new friends, Cooper fought off Jamee's ex boyfriend, and Darcy's father comes back.

I liked 'Blood Is Thicker' by Paul Langan because Hakeem and Savon fight, Hakeem helps his uncle at the store, and Hakeem sees that Savon is a rapper and not a thief. First, Hakeem and Savon fight. they fight because savon got into hakeems face. Hakeems uncle asked him to look after avon and be like an older brother . Second, Hakeem helps his uncle around the store. Hakeems uncle needed help around his store. Savon stopped working there to hang out with his friends. Third, Hakeem sees that Savon is a rapper and not a thief. Hakeem thinks that Savon is a thief thats why he was sneeking out of the house at night. On friday Svon snuck out of the house and Hakeem followed but Savon went to a club to rap. I liked Shattered by Paul Langan because Hakeem and Cooper go after Brian, Darcy's dad stopped drinking, and Darcy and Hakeem are friends again. First, Hakeem and Cooper go after Brian. They just found out what Brian did to Darcy. They got mad and went after him for revenge. Second, Darcy's dad stopped drinking. Darcy's dad was drinking behind everyone's back. He stopped drinking because he didn't want to tear his family apart. Third, Darcy and Hakeem are friends again. Hakeem and Darcy used to go out but they broke up. Darcy stopped Hakeem and Cooper from killing Brian now they're all friends again. Darcy is feeling nervous around boys because of what happened before. She tells her mom, dad, and little sister Jamee, whats been bothering her at dinner. Second, Darcy's mom is pregnant. Darcy's mom and dad keep it a secret from Darcy and Jamee. They tell at dinner one night, and Jamee is happy but Darcy is but she isn't. Third, Duane Nye gets beat up by Cooper. Duane steals $20 from his dad and blames it on Cooper. On the 4th of July, Cooper sees Duane at the contentpark and beats him up. I liked Secrets In The Shadows by Anne Schraff because Roylin has good friends, his old friend Mr.Miller didn't die, and he told Korie Archer she wasn't the girl for him. First Roylin has good friends. Roylin called cooper in the phone they talked and cooper gave Roylin some advise.Cooper wanted to know what happened to Mr.Miller to prove Roylin was innocent. Second his old friend didn't die. The apartments tenant told Roylin that Mr.Miller died and you caused it. Mr.Miller didnt die the tenant called a nursing home to put Mr.Miller in it. Third he told Korie Archer she wasn't the girl for him. Koriee started hanging out with Steve and Roylin didn't like it. At the end of the story Roylin told Korie Archer your not the girl for me. In conclusion I liked Secrets in the Shadows by Anne Schraff because Roylin has good friends,his old friend Mr.Miller didn't die, and he told Korie Archer she wasn't the girl for him.

The narrator was nice to the old man in the contentday time, but it was night he was spying on the old man watching him sleep. The narrator went crazy and killed the old man for no reason. The narrator got away with murder but he also the grief and the despair of your page here.killing him. Then the police came to the narrator's house and he lied to them just to get away with it. The Bet. The bet was a good short story. The characters of the story where the lawyer and a banker. The banker makes a bet with the lawyer and the bet was that many years in prison is worst than the death penalty. So the banker says that you cant do it, and the banker says that the lawyer cant do 5 years then the lawyer says that he can do 15 years. So now the lawyer is in prison inside the bankers house. When he was in solitary confinement he read books and he learned many languages.
