I liked Shattered by Paul Langan because Hakeem and Cooper go after Brian, Darcy's dad stopped drinking, and Darcy and Hakeem are friends again. First, Hakeem and Cooper go after Brian. They just found out what Brian did to Darcy. They got mad and went after him for revenge. Second, Darcy's dad stopped drinking. Darcy's dad was drinking behind everyone's back. He stopped drinking because he didn't want to tear his family apart. Third, Darcy and Hakeem are friends again. Hakeem and Darcy used to go out but they broke up. Darcy stopped Hakeem and Cooper from killing Brian now they're all friends again. In conclusion I liked Shattered by Paul Langan because Hakeem and Cooper go after Brian, Darcy's dad stopped drinking, and Darcy and Hakeem are friends again.
